Cancellation Policy

BETMY DRIVING SCHOOL – TERMS & CONDITIONS By booking or attending lessons with BETMY Driving School (“BETMY”), you agree to these Terms. 1. Legal Status BETMY operates as a platform connecting you with self-employed instructors. Instructors are responsible for their own services, insurance, and compliance. BETMY is not liable for instructor services but will act with reasonable care. 2. Payments Full payment required 7 days in advance All methods accepted; admin fees apply to card/app payments Use your full name as reference TIMMY Business Account Name: BETMY Sort: 20-19-97 | Acc: 53680541 Other Instructors: Robanny – 09-01-28 | 67999601 Carolanne – 16-16-12 | 10121424 You must verify payment details. BETMY is not liable for incorrect payments. 3. Cancellations 72 hours’ notice required Late cancellations charged in full 4. Lessons Start from 7:30 AM Fixed pickup address Late arrivals are not extended; after 15 minutes may be cancelled Premium rates may apply outside standard hours. 5. Driving Tests Do not book without instructor approval. Test car use incurs an additional fee. No guarantee of passing. You consent to your pictures being taken and used for marketing purposes. 6. Legal Requirements You must: Hold a valid UK provisional licence Provide DVLA check code Meet eyesight standards Failure may result in refusal without refund. 7. Conduct You must be fit to drive and follow instructions. Unsafe or abusive behaviour may result in lesson termination without refund. 8. Liability Nothing excludes liability for death, injury, or fraud. BETMY is not liable for indirect losses or test outcomes. Liability is limited to fees paid. 9. Risk Driving involves risk. You accept all risks. 10. Data Protection Data is processed under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 for service delivery. 11. General Terms may be updated at any time. Governed by laws of England and Wales. By booking lessons, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms.
